Philip Moyer joined Vimeo in 2024. He previously served as Global VP of Applied AI Engineering and Business Development and VP of Strategic Industries, Google Cloud, a division of Alphabet Inc., a role he held since July 2019. Prior to Alphabet, Mr. Moyer was Director of Financial Services at Amazon Web Services, a division of Amazon.com, Inc., where he managed Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and Payments. He previously managed a Venture Capital portfolio in FinTech, Healthtech, and MarTech at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., a public venture development company. Additionally, Mr. Moyer was CEO of two financial technology companies, EDGAR Online, Inc., a provider of financial data, analytics and disclosure management solutions, and Cassiopae, S.A., a French software company in the commercial banking market. He spent 15 years at Microsoft Corp., a global technology company, managing global customer teams, industry teams and services organizations. Mr. Moyer has a Computer Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and started his career as a software engineer for nuclear submarines at GE Aerospace, a division of General Electric Company.

Gillian joined Vimeo in 2022. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Iora Health and Partner at Union Square Ventures. Prior to that she served as Chief Financial Officer of XO Group (NYSE:XOXO) and Managing Director at Allen & Company. Gillian has held various leadership positions at Symbol Technologies, Morgan Stanley, and Hambrecht & Quist. She serves on the Board of Directors of Duolingo (NASDAQ: DUOL) and Phreesia (NYSE: PHR), The St. Regis Foundation and the Southern Vermont Art Center. Gillian earned her B.A. in Political Science and Economics from The Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Irene Hendricks joined Vimeo as Chief People Officer in 2024. She brings a host of leadership experience across industries, having led global HR teams at public, private and VC backed healthcare and financial services companies, including Acclara, DailyPay, Mastercard and Citi.

Early in her career, she held HR leadership roles in several large global organizations including American Express, General Electric and Procter & Gamble. She holds a masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a bachelors in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell. She also completed the Strategic HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan and is certified in executive coaching.

Javier joined Vimeo in 2025, where he is responsible for working across the company to ensure positive customer experiences and increased revenue streams. He most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Veriff, an AI-powered identity verification platform for fraud prevention. He also previously held roles as Chief Sales Officer at Hopin, Head of Sales - Americas at Dropbox, and Senior Strategy Consultant at Capgemini Invent. Javier earned his BA from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and holds business titles from Rotterdam School of Management, EOI and INSEAD.

Robert “Bob” Petrocelli joined Vimeo as Chief Product and Technology Officer in 2024, and brings over 35 years of technical computing and product development experience to the brand. Most recently, he served as CTO at Pluralsight. 

Petrocelli also notably served as CTO at Datto where he was part of the leadership team which took the company public during the pandemic and later sold the business for $6.2B to private equity. 

With leadership experience in computer science and automated imaging/computer vision, Petrocelli’s passion led him to the medical field, where he developed the first commercial picture archiving and communications system for echocardiography in collaboration with HP Medical Systems. He’s founded two companies, Heartlab and GreenBytes, which were acquired by Agfa and Oracle, respectively. 

He holds a BS in Physics and Masters’ degree in computer science from the University of Rhode Island, and was a PhD candidate at Brown University when he left to found his first startup.

Jessica Tracy has served as Vimeo’s General Counsel & Secretary since February 2024. She joined Vimeo in February 2021 as Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Securities & Governance until January 2023, when she was promoted to Acting Co-General Counsel. In June 2023, she was promoted to Senior Vice President, Interim General Counsel & Secretary, and served in that role until February 2024. Prior to joining Vimeo, Jessica served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Criteo SA, an advertising technology company, from September 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, she was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, an international law firm. Jessica holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Washington & Lee University.

Charlie Ungashick joined Vimeo as Chief Marketing Officer in 2024. His career spans over 20 years leading global marketing teams at several high-growth, category-leading tech companies, including WorkHuman, Applause (acquired by Vista Equity Partners), and PTC (NASDAQ: PTC). In his most recent role, Charlie served as CMO and Head of Product at Applause, a market leader in crowdsourced software testing for apps, payments, websites, and smart devices. Charlie also served as an advisor at Gem, a talent engagement platform backed by Iconiq, Greylock, and Accel. Earlier in his career, Charlie held product, sales engineering and IT roles at AIG, Novell and SilverStream Software (IPO). He holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and a diploma with honors in economics from the Université de Paris Sorbonne.

Ryan joined Vimeo in 2024, as Chief Information Security Officer. Most recently, Ryan served as CISO at Datto, Inc. for over six years, where he built the organization’s security program from the ground up. Ryan has also contributed to the broader security community through cybersecurity education initiatives and his work with the Ransomware Task Force to help identify and advance recommendations to reduce the risk of ransomware. 

He holds a Masters’ degree from Northwestern University and a BS from Ithaca College.
